The Bell 20/40 system is a 20-year workmanship warranty on a 40-year material warranty roof. We use high-performance architectural GAF timberline shingles and world-class GAF leak barriers for multi family roof repairs in Marietta. There are two different 40-point inspections after installation to ensure proper installation. This system is designed to maximize value and protection of your community.
The Bell 20/20 system is a 20-year workmanship warranty on a 20-year material warranty. This system uses 3-tab GAF Royal Sovereign shingles and world-class GAF leak barriers. After installation, there are two 40-point inspections, one by our Bell experts and another by GAF. This system offers excellent value and the best financial return for multi-family and HOA roofing compliance in Marietta.
